Devotional: What I See In You!

What I see in you is a treasure I cherish. You’re everything I created you to be. You’re strong, you’re courageous, you’re so kind and pure in heart. There is no “junk” in you; to say that there is, is an insult to Me.

What I see in you is beauty and softness. What I see in you is success waiting to happen…. waiting to be explored. Don’t you see it?! What I see in you are all the dreams that I’ve placed in you. No darkness, only light; light that was meant to shine through in this dreary world. So let it shine for all you meet to see.

What I see in you is greatness, a victorious woman; a woman who can take on the world. Look at it?! Take it on! You can do it! No one and nothing can stop you! Put on your belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, your foot gear ready to spread the good news…..the gospel of peace. Put on your shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

What I see in you are all the great wonders and everything that is good. So go on and be courageous My victorious one. I am with you, I am by your side championing you on! What I see in you is all that I created you to be; I see Me in you!

Peace and Amen. Monica Bell

Devotional: Because of Who You Are!

Because of who you are, you were created first to God and then to mankind. You are His creation. God made you beautiful, full of joy, peace and purity. Full of pure Love!

But somewhere in life, life threw you some not-so-nice things, some were even down-right disgraceful. Life picked you up and it knocked you down. It toyed with you and taught you things that no young girl should ever have known.

But now what do you do? Do you continue on in the way of your past? No! And again I say No! There is a better plan for you, a greater hope, your only hope, and that is God. You see, you’re not here because of a coincident, you are here because God called you here. He wants to stop you in your tracks and save you from this world and from yourself.

God wants you to know Him, to know Him in an intimate and personal way. To come to know yourself. And after you have come to know Him…..He’ll give you wings, wings to soar high above your problems and mishaps! Higher than your flaws; you’ll shine more brilliantly than the shiniest diamond that you could ever dream of.

So seek Him while He can be found. Call on Him while He is near. He made you in His image; full of kindness and sincerity, full of hope and prosperity, full of warmth with a beautiful glow. Because of whose you are, you are Beautiful and you are Blessed, (Bella’s Blessings)! You’re a child of the King, a Warrior Princess. You’re more precious than gold.

Because of who you are, God loves you and so do I. Peace and Amen.

Devotional: You Are His Masterpiece!

You are the best of God. You are the best that God has ever created, you are made in His image. You are skillfully and wonderfully made. You are His workmanship. There is and never will be another like you. He intricately designed you. He numbered the very hairs on your head. You are His Masterpiece!

The world just wouldn’t be the same without you in it. Take your place in this world. See His plan for your life through, you’ve come too far to turn back now.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, “I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans of a hope and a future.”

He has given you what the world cannot take away. It’s a plan that’s only meant for you. Ask the Father to show you His plan for your life. It’s beautiful, it’s wonderful, and it’s miraculous! Take hold of it! He has graced you to see it through. You are His Masterpiece!

Peace and Amen. Monica Bell

Tuesday’s Beautiful Word: Hope

What can I say about Hope?! First things first; if you don’t have Hope, your life is filled with doom and you’re not walking in the promises of God.

Haven’t you felt that way once or twice, that since of dread or doom in your life?! We tend to feel it when we’ve lost Hope.

Having hope gives us the strength we need to press on! Hope is so desperately needed in the world we live in today. Being filled with hope is a blessing not to be taken for granted! Hope acts as portals through which deeper spiritual needs might be met! Hope sustains us. Romans 15:13, “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Hope is a “full word.” What do I mean by that?! Hope is filled with desires. For example, desires to want to see tomorrow (I hope to see it)! It’s filled with today’s journey to hope to go on( I have hope I will make it through today)! Hope gives us a “ready heart”! A readiness to believe for the next moment I may get to experience! A readiness to believe I would be able to “touch the face of my grandson today”. It’s a word that fills us; it’s a “full word”. Hope is as necessary as air…..without it, you can’t go on, ( well you could, but what kind of living would that be)?!

I know that’s deep?! That’s because hope is deep! It comes from deep inside of our being! It’s something we’ve been privileged to feel way down deep! Hope gives us an anticipated expectancy that something great is about to happen! Hope gives us more Hope! When it grabs a hold of you, it makes you want more of it! Hope sustains. Hope grows. Hope maintains us.

There is so much more that can be said about Hope. What are your thoughts?! Let’s ponder Tuesday’s Beautiful Word…..Hope

A Challenge to Fly Higher!

There are millions of tips and recommendations out there on how to change, how to change the course of your life? And some seem to work while others don’t. Suggestions like, “what you should do is……” or “If I were you I would do such and such.”

Well, I don’t profess to having all the answers, but I do know that while we are often told “to change”, we are not often “shown how to change”. How do I really change and make it last my life time? How do I get out of this rut I’m in? How can I experience real joy and a full life?

What I want to share with you today is how true change happened for me. Something that may be a little different for some of you; different than how the world approaches change; true change anyway. What I discovered when my life traveled out of control; when I lost my way and I didn’t know the true me anymore; I was in a deep black hole and on my way to an even darker hole!

I had to first acknowledge that I could not do it all on my own, because if I could have, I would have. My experience has taught me that if you want lasting change; real change in the direction of your life; real personal growth; it has to start with the acknowledgement of the One who created you; The Almighty God of the Universe, our Creator. It stands to reason that the One who created and designed you, would also know how to put you back together again; as He created and designed you to be.

I challenge you to fly higher, higher than you’ve ever flown before! Take your pursuit to change; your pursuit to be the best you that you can be to another dimension! Join with the One who “sits high, yet looks low”. You are more valuable than you realize; more special than anyone could ever tell you! You are a Shining Light! You are made in the image of God! Who could ask for a better Designer than He?!!! I challenge you to fly high and soar!!!

“Not Growing Weeds”

Are weeds growing in your garden? Do you find that if you don’t, almost daily, pull out the weeds in your garden, that they get out of control and take away from the beauty of your garden? All the work you put in to make sure you have the most beautiful garden in the neighborhood; and the weeds think that they are supposed to stand out and get all the glory!!! I don’t think so!!!

Our lives are a lot like gardens. Daily we are given a new day to shine and sparkle, but we let the enemy satan, ( worst than weeds), steal our beautiful personalities! We allow the negativity of others, or even our own negative thoughts, overshadow all of our genuine beauty! Remember, just like with gardens, what you feed grows and what you starve dies! Feed your life ‘Living Water” every day and see how your garden grows and thrives! Not growing no more weeds!!! Yes I said “no more”.
