The paths we choose in life determines our outcome in life. And it all starts with the daily choices we make. The choices we make leads us to paths of a beautiful life or down a life filled with turmoil. Granted, everything is not always going to be peachy and full of roses in our lives, but we can make decisions that will guide us to paths of joy and prosperity. When you think about it, there are only two paths in life: paths to the goodness of God He brings into a life filled with obedience to His will, or paths to an unfulfilled life that missing His mark and direction can bring. Anything in between is just confusion and uncertainty. Living in God’s will abounds with the certainty of a meaningful life well spent!. We have to make a choice; and even by not actively choosing, we have in fact still made a choice. If we don’t choose one, the other makes the decision for us.
By our actions, we determine the road that we will find ourselves on. Paths to goodness and greatness or paths to a chaotic existence. The choice is ours. And the Good News is that we don’t have to go through life alone without guidance, not knowing how to choose! If we choose God, He guides and protects. He orders our every step. Step into His goodness. Walk with Him even when you don’t quite understand what He’s doing or where He’s leading you. He will never lead you wrong. That’s not His way. His ways are pure and righteous, steadfast, dependable and holy. And you don’t have to worry about cleaning yourself up before going to Him (Only the blood of Jesus can wash you whiter than snow). Just make the choice to follow Him and you can rest assured you’re on the right path to a joyful life filled with unspeakable wonders you could never discover without Him.
The choice is ours! The decisions we make daily, makes all the difference! Abundance or scarcity! God is waiting for you to decide. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. That’s His promise to you in His Word. God delights in communing with you and changing you into His beautiful masterpiece. But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him” 1 Corinthians 2:9. Choose to make God first in your life. Put God first and life will be good. Abide in Him. “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart” Psalm 37:4. Because we know, “All things work together for the good to those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose” Romans 8:28.
